relynt.io is published by LAZO Group, which trades as Relynt. French law requires a website operated by a company to say who operates it, and this page is that statement.

2. Publication director
The publication director is the président of LAZO Group, in that capacity.

3. Hosting
The site and the application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). Server execution for the application is configured in the European Union, in Frankfurt.
Customer data is stored by Supabase in Frankfurt, in the European Union. The sub-processor list names every third party that processes customer data, what reaches each one and where it runs.
4. Intellectual property
The software, the text, the layout and the graphics on this site belong to LAZO Group unless stated otherwise, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
You may read, print and quote from this site for your own use, including in an internal document, provided the source is identified. Reproducing a substantial part of it commercially requires our written agreement.
Extracts from Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2956 and the technical standards published by the European Supervisory Authorities are reproduced under the terms that apply to those texts. They belong to their authors, not to us.
5. Personal data
How we handle personal data, on what basis, for how long and with whom it is shared, is set out in the privacy notice. Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer, the data processing agreement governs.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to support@relynt.io. 7. Limits of what this site is
The material published here describes software and explains a regulation. It is not legal, regulatory, audit or accounting advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship. Decisions about whether your organisation meets a regulatory requirement are yours and your advisers'.
We take care that what we publish is accurate at the time of writing, and regulatory texts change. Where this site and an official text disagree, the official text governs.
