Terms of service
A short summary of the terms that apply to the website and the platform. Contractual terms are agreed in the customer order form and master agreement.
Use of the platform
Workspaces are licensed per organization. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for their own regulatory conclusions.
No regulatory advice
The platform supports compliance work. It does not provide legal or regulatory advice, and it does not determine whether an entity or arrangement falls within DORA scope.
AI assistance
AI features generate suggestions for human review. Customers remain responsible for compliance decisions recorded in the platform.
Availability and support
Service levels and support commitments are set out in the applicable order form.
